We're building this for everyone.
Driven Mission Apparel is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible — including customers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or who need high-contrast color schemes.
What we’re targeting
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That means meaningful alt text on images, keyboard access to every interactive control, color contrast that meets the spec, form labels on every input, and a consistent semantic structure across pages. We don’t claim to be perfect yet — we claim to be working toward it.
What we’ve shipped
- Skip-to-content link and consistent landmark structure on every page.
- Header navigation works without horizontal-wrap collapse at every viewport between 320 px and 1920 px.
- Color palette built around a 4.5:1+ contrast ratio for body text and a 3:1+ ratio for headings.
- Order-tracking and art-proof approval pages tested with keyboard-only navigation end to end.
What we know is incomplete
Being honest about gaps is part of how we get better:
- A handful of supplier-provided product photos lack descriptive alt text beyond the product name. We’re working through the catalog to add fabric, color, and decoration descriptions to every image.
- The custom-designer tool relies on drag-and-drop placement. A keyboard-equivalent flow is on the roadmap; in the meantime, our quote form is a fully accessible alternative for placing custom orders.
- We haven’t completed a full third-party WCAG audit. Self-tested with axe and WAVE; full audit is on the next-quarter plan.
Need help, or noticed a problem?
If anything on this site is harder to use than it should be, we want to hear about it — and we’ll help you complete your order while we fix the issue.
Email support@drivenmissionapparel.com with subject line Accessibility request and we’ll reply within one business day. Tell us what page, what device, and what you were trying to do. We don’t need a formal report — a few sentences is plenty.
Prefer a phone call or a custom quote walk-through? Use our quote form — every quote gets a human reply.
