Terms of Service

Effective May 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Driven Mission Apparel website, catalog, and services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Driven Mission Apparel LLC (“DMA,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida limited liability company providing custom apparel and branded merchandise services. Our principal contact is info@drivenmissionapparel.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services or place an order. Businesses ordering through DMA represent that the person submitting the order has authority to bind the business.

3. Quotes, orders, and pricing

3.1 Quote process

  • Quote requests are not binding orders until you receive and approve a final quote from us and submit payment.
  • Quotes typically remain valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise.
  • Catalog prices are starting estimates. Final pricing depends on decoration method, locations, ink colors, quantity, and product specifics. The final quote we send is the price you pay.

3.2 Orders and approval

  • Every order requires written approval of a digital art proof before production begins.
  • Once you approve the proof, we proceed to production. Changes after proof approval may incur additional fees or delays.
  • Production timelines are estimates. Standard turnaround is approximately 10–14 business days from proof approval; rush orders are available with a rush fee.

3.3 Payment

  • Payment is due after proof approval and before production begins, unless other arrangements are made in writing.
  • We process payments via Stripe (credit/debit card and ACH). For established business customers, invoiced terms may be available.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.

3.4 Cancellations and changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified before production begins. After production starts, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to costs incurred.
  • If you need to change an order after it's in production, contact us immediately at info@drivenmissionapparel.com. We'll do our best.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Your content

You retain all rights to logos, designs, photos, text, and other content you submit to us (“Customer Content”). By submitting Customer Content to DMA, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to use it solely to fulfill your order (sourcing, decorating, shipping, and after-the-fact for portfolio display unless you opt out).

You represent that you have the legal right to use any Customer Content you submit. You agree to indemnify DMA against any claims arising from your submission of content that infringes third-party rights.

4.2 Our content

The DMA website, branding, product photography (excluding your Customer Content), and all related materials are owned by DMA or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Product quality and returns

5.1 Quality guarantee

If your order arrives with defects in materials or decoration that don't match the approved proof — wrong colors, wrong sizes, misprints, damaged garments — contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint at no cost or refund the affected items.

5.2 Buyer's remorse

Custom-decorated merchandise is non-returnable unless defective. By approving the proof, you confirm the design as intended for production.

5.3 Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate sizes. We provide size charts where available; verify before ordering. Mis-sized orders are not eligible for refund unless we made an error from the approved spec.

6. The 20% Giving Commitment

  • DMA commits to allocating 20% of its profit from each order to fund churches, ministries, and Kingdom work.
  • The split is approximately 5% directed to a customer-selected church or 501(c)(3) (subject to verification) and 15% to DMA-selected partner ministries.
  • Disbursements are processed periodically (typically quarterly). Recipient organizations are at DMA's discretion if no customer selection is made.
  • This commitment is a business policy, not a contractual obligation to any specific recipient. DMA reserves the right to adjust recipients, timing, and methodology as needed.
  • Customers cannot direct giving to organizations DMA cannot verify or that don't qualify under our giving guidelines.

7. Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping costs are quoted as part of your order. Once shipped, transit time depends on carrier and destination.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses after carrier handoff, but we'll assist with claims when possible.
  • If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us — we'll work with the carrier to locate it.

8. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DMA's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Account terms

  • You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • DMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity, abuse of our services, or repeated violations of these terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, etc.)
  • Submit content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer our site or services
  • Use our service for commercial resale without prior written agreement

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that contain content we deem inappropriate, illegal, or contrary to our values.

11. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any concerns directly. If a dispute can't be resolved through good-faith conversation:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Any legal action must be filed in a state or federal court located in Duval County, Florida.
  • You and DMA waive any right to a jury trial in such proceedings.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
