This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website, request a quote, or place an order with Driven Mission Apparel LLC (“DMA,” “we,” “us”), and how we use it. By using our site, you agree to this policy.
The short version
- We only collect information we genuinely need to serve you (place orders, send proofs, deliver merch).
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We use industry-standard services (Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Vercel) to operate the site. We've picked vendors with strong privacy practices.
- You can request a copy of your data, or delete it, by emailing info@drivenmissionapparel.com.
What we collect
Information you give us directly
- Account information — name, email, password (hashed), if you create an account
- Quote requests — your name, business name, email, phone, project details, uploaded logos and files
- Order information — shipping address, items ordered, payment details (handled and stored by Stripe — we never see card numbers)
- Designs and uploads — logos and artwork you upload to use on products. We store these to fulfill your order.
- Communication — any messages you send us, including support questions and order discussions
Information collected automatically
- Standard web logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited. Used to detect abuse and improve the site.
- Analytics — anonymized usage data (if/when analytics is enabled) to understand site usage patterns.
- Cookies — used for authentication (keeping you signed in) and basic site function. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To fulfill your orders — process payments, source products, decorate, and ship
- To communicate with you — quote responses, order confirmations, shipping updates, status changes
- To improve our service — understand how people use the site, fix bugs, add useful features
- To prevent fraud and abuse — basic security monitoring
- For our giving program — track which churches/ministries you direct your 5% giving toward (if applicable)
- Legal compliance — comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations
Who we share with
We share limited data with the third parties that help us operate:
- Stripe — processes payments. Stripe sees your payment details; we don't.
- Supabase — hosts our database (your account, orders, etc.)
- Resend — sends transactional email (order confirmations, etc.)
- Vercel — hosts the website
- Printful / SanMar / S&S / fulfillment partners — source garments, decorate them, and ship orders. They receive only what's needed to fulfill your order.
- Churches / ministries you direct giving to — receive funds; they may or may not know the donor depending on the recipient's practice
We do not sell your information to advertisers, marketers, or data brokers. We don't share data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep account, order, and quote information as long as your account is active or as required for our tax, accounting, and legal records (typically 7 years for business records). You can request deletion of non-required data at any time.
Your rights
You can:
- Access the personal data we have on you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations)
- Opt out of any marketing communications (we only send transactional emails by default)
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, secure third-party vendors (Stripe handles payment data, Supabase provides authenticated database access). No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
Children's privacy
DMA is a B2B custom apparel business. Our service is intended for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy materially, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. We'll email registered account holders for significant changes.
